Make sure that events in your Team Manager database have exactly the same names as listed below in our BHS Invitational Meet Manager database. For example if you name event in your database  100 m Run instead 100 m Dash software will not transfer your entries in this event.
	Enter your alternates in individual events in your Team Manager as regular athletes. We will scratch them in the Meet Manager. Please mark alternates (only if not the lowest seed) on printed report from your export file (list entries by athletes) and fax it to us. If alternates will not be marked we will scratch the lowest seed athlete out of three entries in each event.
	Alternates do not have to be marked if they are the lowest seed out of 3 entered athletes from your team in particular event
	Order and number of the events may vary
	PLEASE FAX US  A PRINTED REPORT FROM YOUR EXPORT FILE (LIST ENTRIES BY ATHLETE) AS A BACK UP. PLEASE MARK YOUR ALTERNATES IF NOT THE LOWEST SEED. WE WILL SCRATCH THEM IN MEET MANAGER.
	Help us and check your entries on web page SCHOOL ENTRIES and let us know if any mistakes. Entries will be posted by Wednesday morning before race.

Thanks for your help. You save us a lot of time by entries on the 3.5 disc (or E mail). We pushed a entry deadline for you (Tuesday 12:00 AM midnight) and cut $20.00 on the entry fee.
